Guest guest Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 Carob Tofu Cream Dessert Source: Sheila 3/4 of a 454 gram pkg of medium firm tofu, well drained 1/2 cup oil 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup carob powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt Prepare a gf pie crust in a 9 x 9 inch pan, bake and cool. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into crust and chill overnight. Top witha non-dairy whipped topping.
