Guest guest
Hi Crystal, I've been asking the same question myself about whole grain bread. I've only been gluten-free for two weeks. I'm feeling great but do miss the breads I used to have. I haven't found anyone who has tried any of the following, but I did some googling and found: http://kitch-n-kaffe.safeshopper.com/67/1101.htm?771 http://www.breadwithoutborders.com/FORMgallery1.htm http://www.bobsredmill.com/catalog/index.php? action=showdetails & product_ID=602 Not whole grain, but several that look interesting and have a decent amount of fiber: http://www.glutenevolution.com/products.html Maybe we can divide up the list and share our results? I've been unable to decide which one to try -- so I haven't ordered anything yet! If I can piggyback on your post, I would like to hear about anyone who has found a yummy source or recipe for pizza crust, pitas, and tortillas. People on the celiac.com board have been raving about a particular bread recipe, but it isn't whole grain. I ate little white bread before so I don't know that I want to go to the trouble and expense of buying all the ingredients and taking my first shot at homemade bread from scratch. This is the recipe, which can be veganized (is that a word LOL it should be ...): http://www.recipezaar.com/190906 DianeR
