vegans and protein

hi sharon

i found this interesting article:

i'm vegan for ethical reasons, but i've just read The China Study and

would be going vegan for health reasons (diabetes, cancer, heart

disease, MS, autoimmune diseases, stroke.....) if i weren't already!

the basic theme is that we're eating way too much protein - i hope

you'll read the book, it really is fascinating.

i'm sure the ibs/protein issue is also addressed on the PCRM website,

but i can't seem to access it at the moment.
