Guest guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 Peas and Cherries with Wild Rice 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 6 tbsp olive oil 4 cups cooked wild rice 1 - 9 oz. package frozen baby peas, cooked and drained 3/4 cup dried cherries 2 tbsp Tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos salt to taste (pepper optional) 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted In large skillet, saute celery, onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
