Thank you so much, I will check this out. I recently went off gluten and

casein with my son and discovered I felt so much better. I did this to help

him and I think I finally figured out how to help myself at the same time!

I'm thinking a nutritionist could help us with more ideas and make sure

we're getting all we need.

the nutritionist i found was thru my obgyn. she is

very in to holistic medicine and found her herself. i

can give you her website and then she might have links

to other nuttitonist around the country or you can

email her. she is very very helpful and just wants to

because it really did change my way of eating and

thinking.
