anyone with experience eliminating soy as well as casein/eggs/meat and gluten?

We are trying to pinpoint an unknown food allergy in my 2 year old son.

He is allergic to eggs, casein, oats and has celiac disease. I have

this gut feeling that he could also be intollerant to soy (elisa test

results were mild reaction to soy). I need advice for substitutes for

soy and casein free cheeses, yogurts, puddings, etc.

He loves his soy yogurt and tofu pops and I plan on stocking the

cabinets with subtitutes for all these during the elimination trial but

not sure what the subs are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a quick and delicious recipe for some pudding that is made

with just friut. It thick and creamy and the kids absolutely LOVE

it.

 

Just Fruit Pudding

1 ripe avocado

2 bananas

2 very ripe peaches

Peel and pit fruit. Blend together in blender. Ready to serve.

 

Avocados really are a neutral flavor food and are delicious blended

with fruits. They are what makes this pudding so creamy and

wonderful. Try other fruits blended with avocados too, whatever

your favorites are.
