Soy Good Classic Vanilla or other soy milk powder 2/3 c. raw cashews 1/2 c. gluten free flour blend or soy/garbanzo flours 1/2 c. rolled quinoa flakes 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. agave or maple syrup 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. butter flavoring 12 slices gluten free bread 1. Blend all the ingredients except the bread until creamy. Pour into a container wide enough to dip the bread. 2. Coat each slice of bread on both sides, allowing excess batter to run off. 3. Cook on lightly oiled non-stick griddle using medium-low heat. Brown on both sides. 4. Serve warm with soy butter and pure maple syrup, or nut butter and Jewel Sauce.
