Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Bean and Tomato Stir-Fry 200 g (7 oz) green beans 100 g (3 1/2 oz) sugar-snap peas 8 tsp olive oil 100 g (3 1/2 oz) fresh shitake mushrooms 100 g (3 1/2 oz) buttom mushrooms 4 tsp chilli garlic sauce 1 punnet (250 g) (8 1/2 oz) cherry tomatoes 1. Heat oil in in a wook or large frying pan. 2. Stir-fry the green beans and suagr snap peas in the oil for 2 minutes. 3. Toss in mushrooms, and stir in chilli garlic sauce and cherry tomatoes.
