Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Tartare Sauce 1 cup vegan mayonnaise 1/2 small white onion, finely diced 4 tsp chopped capers 8 tsp chopped gherkins juice of 1 lemon 4 tsp chopped chives salt and freshly ground black pepper 1. Add capers, gherkins and onion to mayonnaise. 2. Stir through lemon juice and chives 3. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
