Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Potato Galettes These look like pretty flowers. 3 large potatoes 2 tbsp (8 tsp) olive oil sea salt 1. Preheat oven to 180 C (375 F). 2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper (slicon coated paper). 3. Thinly slice potatoes. Toss with olive oil and a good pinch of salt. 4. Arrange slices in 6 circles, overlapping each slice. (They should look like flowers with overlapping petals.) 5. Bake for 20 minutes, until crisp and golden. Serves 6.
