Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Roast Potatoes 1.5 kg (3 1/3 lb) sebago -OR- coliban potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). 2. Peel potatoes and cut in to 5 cm (2 " ) chunks. 3. Boil for 10 minutes, Drain well and shake pan to roughen the surface of the potaoes. 4. Heat oil in a large rasting dish in the oven. 5.
