Lately my family (husband, daughter and me) has been divided on diet.

We usually have two separate entrees for dinner. I shop at the co-op

and my husband makes a run to another grocery store to get stuff he

wants in the house. Last night he came home from one of those shopping

trips with so much junk that I can't even see " my foods " when I open

the refrigerator door. I think it might help to keep a shelf that is

only mine so I can stay focused. The two of them are really struggling

with the lack of sweets in the house, and my husband pulled an old

chocolate cake mix from the back of a cupboard and made that in

desperation last week. I had no trouble resisting until last night.

Any tips for me?

What about have your stuff in a separate place and theirs out of your

sight/reach so you won't be tempted? Or maybe if they want sweets, they can eat

them outside of the house, just not bring them home?
