Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Ruby Raspberry Dressing Source: 3ABN 1/4 c. white grape raspberry juice concentrate 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. flax seed oil 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. Herbamare (seasoning) 1 tsp. Instant ClearJel 1. Place all ingredients except the Instant ClearJel in a blender. 2. Blend well and sprinkle Instant ClearJel into dressing while blender is running on medium speed. 3. Chill and serve over any fresh, tossed salad.
