Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Pistachio Ice Cream Source: Tastefully Vegan 1 cup soy milk, full strength 1/2 cup soy milk, powder 1/3 cup DariFree, powder 1/4 cup fructose 1/4 + 1/8 tsp. almond flavoring 1/16 tsp. green food coloring 1 quart ice cubes 1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped In a blender, combine soy milk, milk powders, fructose, flavoring, and coloring. Blend until well mixed. Add ice cubesa and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in nuts. Freeze if necessary before serving.
