Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Orange Fluff Tofu Whipped Topping Source: Tastefully Vegan 1 box Mori-Nu® Tofu, extra firm 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate 1/3 cup water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla, natural 2 Tbsp. Instant Clear Jel (food thickener) In a blender, combine all ingredients except Instant Clear Jel. Process until smooth and creamy. Set the blender on medium speed, remove the ld spout and add Clear Jel one tablespoon at a time until thickened. Chill before spreading on cake. May garnish with choice of sliced orange wedges, orange twists or grated orange peel and fresh mint leaves. Note: Double recipe to cover a layered cake.
