Tofutti® Better Than Cream Cheese 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. vanilla, powdered or natural 1 1/2 tsp. Instant Clear Jel (food thickener) 1/3 cup pecans, chopped Using an electric beater, whip cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Sprinkle the Instant Clear Jel into the mixture while beating on medium speed and continue 15 seconds until thickened. Stir in nuts. Spread on completely cooled cake.
