Hello! I don't know who runs the GFCF Cooking Australia website but I

wanted to let them know that I made the pizza recipe tonight and

posted about it on my blog!

http://veganruthie.blogspot.com/2006/11/vegan-gluten-free-pizza.html

My only qualms with it was that it didn't make enough for a 12 inch

pizza. But it was yummy! Tasted just like my nongluten free pizza :)

Thanks for the recipe-- next time I will double it! Or quadruple it! :)

Thank you so much, Ruthie, for sharing the link to your blog. . .and for

sharing the success you've had with the GFCF Cooking Australia website's

pizza crust. Isn't that a terrific website? I belongs to none other than

our faithful archivist and co-moderator, Kim. If list members haven't been

to her website yet, take a look. She has wonderful recipes and great

photos: http://www.gfcf.jassinc.com/

PS: Thanks, Kim, for your link to V and GF. May we add your website to our

list as well?

Thanks Ruthie,

Nice blog. Glad you liked the pizza. I wish I could take all the credit, but it

is an adaptation

of the recipe from Savoury Palate. The first time I made it I couldn't get it to

make a 12 "

crust either. But now I have it down to a fine art (we have to make 4 pizzas at

a time to

feed our family), and can push it out to a fairly neat 12 " round crust. I have

actually made

all the ingredients up into mix so all that needs adding is the yeast and the

wet

ingredients (plus that way DH can make them too ;) ).

Out of curiosity, what ingredients did you put on the pizza ?

Kim :)
