Guest guest
Hello! I don't know who runs the GFCF Cooking Australia website but I wanted to let them know that I made the pizza recipe tonight and posted about it on my blog! http://veganruthie.blogspot.com/2006/11/vegan-gluten-free-pizza.html My only qualms with it was that it didn't make enough for a 12 inch pizza. But it was yummy! Tasted just like my nongluten free pizza Thanks for the recipe-- next time I will double it! Or quadruple it!
Guest guest
Thank you so much, Ruthie, for sharing the link to your blog. . .and for sharing the success you've had with the GFCF Cooking Australia website's pizza crust. Isn't that a terrific website? I belongs to none other than our faithful archivist and co-moderator, Kim. If list members haven't been to her website yet, take a look. She has wonderful recipes and great photos: http://www.gfcf.jassinc.com/ LaDonna PS: Thanks, Kim, for your link to V and GF. May we add your website to our list as well? >>>>Hello! Guest guest
Thanks Ruthie, Nice blog. Glad you liked the pizza. I wish I could take all the credit, but it is an adaptation of the recipe from Savoury Palate. The first time I made it I couldn't get it to make a 12 " crust either. But now I have it down to a fine art (we have to make 4 pizzas at a time to feed our family), and can push it out to a fairly neat 12 " round crust. I have actually made all the ingredients up into mix so all that needs adding is the yeast and the wet ingredients (plus that way DH can make them too ). Out of curiosity, what ingredients did you put on the pizza ? Kim , " Ruthie Ann Groff Crosier " <veganruthie wrote: > > Hello!
