I'm trying to make Indian (East Indian) breads like Roti and Naan and they've all got flour. Any help would be great. Thanks! I am not sure if Kim has naan or roti in the archives here. But I know I do have chapatis in the archives at gfcfrecipes. I think LaDonna won't mind me posting the link here. All the recipes there are not vegan, but they are all categorized, and there is an IndianEast section. I usually dont have a problem. you just have to cook it a little slower to make sure it all gets cooked.
