Guest guest
Hey y'all!! My friend pointed me to this site because I recently went to a Tibetan health clinic and was given a very odd (for me) diet. I cannot have wheat, eggs, sugar(no honey either, i have been using stevia), summer squashes, raw tomatoes or onions, white anything, any kind of potatoe. Please help me, I cannot live on brown rice and vegetables ansd I just dont know what to do!!! He took away my coffee for goddess sakes! I have looked through the recipe file already and am looking forward to making some new dishes. I especially appreciate that there is a file for helping me set up my pantry. Thanks again! Guest guest
hi! hang in there! i went through this very same thing when i first had to give up stuff. it seemed bleak and awful and hopeless! instead i've discovered a world of delicious food that i would have never even tried before! first, get " cooking free " by carol fenster. she switches out all of these things and still leaves you with delicious muffins, pancakes and breads. (i know it to be true, because i can't have all the things you can't have!) OH and for quick stuff- go to whole food's and get pamela's pancake and waffle mix. this stuff is so good that my husband won't eat any other pancake - and he can have whatever he wants. pamela's brownies are to die for, also! for vegetables, i rely alot on magazines like vegetarian times for cooking ideas, and even mainstream magazines when they offer a good side dish. hang in there and take it one day at a time. the first tim you have to give up food is the hardest! but once you learn how, it's very manageable! , " Divya Morris " <mrsdivyam wrote: > > Hey y'all!!
