Guest guest Posted October 9, 2006 Report Share Posted October 9, 2006 Soy and Corn Crackers Source: Ten Talents 1/2 cup dry soy beans (soak overnight will yield 1 1/4 cups). In the morning, rinse beans and blend with: 2 cups water 2 Tbsp. sesame seed 2 Tbsp. coconut 2 Tbsp. oil 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice 1 tsp. salt Liquify until very smooth. Add: 1 1/2 cups cornmeal and blend again. Pour into greased pans, very thin 1/4 " . Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until done. Remove and cut in pans while still hot.
