Guest guest Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 Chinese Cabbage Salad Source: 3abn.org 1 small Chinese cabbage 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil 1 tsp. fructose 1 small red pepper, sliced 1 small green pepper, sliced 1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, cut into thick slices and place equal amounts in 2 salad bowls. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil and fructose. 3.
