Guest guest Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables Source: 3abn.org 1 c, Chinese cabbage, sliced 1 c. carrots, sliced on a slant 1 c. snow peas, trimmed 1 c. Portabella mushrooms, sliced 3 Tbsp. peanut oil 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. fructose 1 tsp. water 1. Heat the oil in a preheated wok. Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, snow peas and mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add the salt and sugar and stir for another minute, adding the water. Serve over Chinese noodles or brown rice.
