Guest guest Posted September 28, 2006 Report Share Posted September 28, 2006 Russian Millet Soup Source: Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook 1 cup millet 3 quarts water 2 stalks celery 2 potatoes, coarsely chopped 2 carrots, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 - 2 Tablespoons chicken-style seasoning small amount of tomato juice for color (optional) Combine millet with water, and bring to a boil.
