Guest guest Posted September 27, 2006 Report Share Posted September 27, 2006 Avocado Salsa 3/4lb plum tomatoes cut into wedges 1. small onion cut in wedges 1/4 c.lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped 1. jalapeno pepper seeded and diced 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1. large ripe avocado peeled and sliced tortilla chips for dipping. In a food processor combine first 6 ingredients. cover and pulse until coarsely chopped. (do not over process). Drain liquid. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the avocado.
