Guest guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Share Posted September 26, 2006 Tofu Rice Casserole Source: 3ABN.org 4 c. cooked brown rice 1/2 c. coconut milk 2 c. diced onions 2 c. diced red peppers 1 c. corn 1 c. broccoli florets 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 recipe scrambled tofu Combine cooked brown rice and coconut milk. Saute onions, red peppers, corn and broccoli in a little water and oil until the mixture. Add seasonings and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 thoroughly. Also, for the " Pizza Rolls " what should the amount be for the tomatoes ?
