Guest guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Share Posted September 26, 2006 Potato Cheese Source: 3ABN.org 2 c. diced boiled potatoes 1 c. water 1/3 c. olive oil 1 Tbsp. chopped onions 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic 2 Tbsp. annatto seed 3 Tbsp. chopped red peppers 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes 2 tsp. sea salt 1. Place the annatto seed and olive oil in a small pot and heat until the color is extracted. Strain out the seeds, saving the colored oil. 2. Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the olive oil mixture with a spoon.
