Guest guest Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 Green Split Pea Soup 1 cup green split peas 6 cups water 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, sliced 1 bunch parsley, chopped 1/2 teaspoon fines herbes salt to taste Bring all to a boil.
