Guest guest Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 somone in this group - i think - mentioned mold containing foods recently. i have started to think this might be a big key for me. can someone tell me more about it, or how they identified that it was mc foods that were setting them off? also, is there a good gf/yeast free cookbook someone might recommend?
