Guest guest
I am not sure if many of you experience the same, but when I eat foods that I am sensitive to, I storngly believe they contaminate me. I feel like I have toxins running through my body, which make me feel rather unhealthy. Headaches, joint pain, swelling, etc. So, I did a detox a while back and felt amazing afterward. It was a 21 day thing. I was wondering if any of you have detoxed and what methods did you use? I am looking for something that isn't so long.....maybe a 10 day type detox. Any recommendations?? Guest guest
I like Dr. Schulze's five-day detoxes (bowel, liver, kidney): www.herbdoc.com He actually prefers you to do the bowel one before considering the more specific liver or kidney programs, as otherwise there is nowhere for the toxins to go without a properly functioning elimination system. Hope this helps, -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , " Sharon Cercone " <sharon.cercone wrote: > > I am not sure if many of you experience the same, but when I eat foods that > I am sensitive to, I storngly believe they contaminate me.
