Hello everyone~

 

I'm new to the group and have been gluten free for 3 months with

several setbacks along the way. Even with those gluten mishaps, I've had

two noticeable improvement during this time - no major chronic fatigue

moments. Also, after suffering with alopecia for 10 years, my hair has

finally returned.... : )

 

With my improvement in energy, I've been more consistent with

working out - cardio and weight lifting. Now here's my question,

is there really a required amount of protein I should consume

on a daily bases? I would appreciate any feedback...

 

This questions stems from my conversations with the

various meat eaters that I talk to at the gym....smile
