hi

i recently went to a therapist who does muscle testing. i wasn't going

because of food allergies, but she asked me to bring along any foods or

supplements i wanted her to test - i took along coffee, sugar, wheat

and processed soy and, to cut a long story short, she asked my body

which it could tolerate and which it could make some use of. sugar,

wheat and soy all got a negative reaction. at the end of the session,

she retested my body's response to them, and soy was the only one now

causing an issue. weird? yes. hocus pocus? i have no idea. BUT i came

home and ate a big plate of wheat spaghetti, which previously would

have given me excema, and nothing happened.

so... i'd suggest you look for a therapist who does muscle testing.

best wishes

alice

My son had an IGG food panel done at his Naturopathic doctor's

office. We had tried an elimation diet but due to his multiple

allergies we didn't notice a difference during the elimination diet.

Igg is supposedly the least controversal of the blood tests. It only

can produce a false negative NOT a false positive. (ie: my son's

said he was not intollerant of nuts or shellfish but he has never

eaten either before so that may be a false negative).

I second the muscle testing. When I had my kid tested, the practitioner

identified all the allergies that I knew about, plus some I didn't. Did

the same for me.
