Has the use of recipes truly enabled you to transition to AND STAY WITH a 100% raw program? 2. Has the use of recipes enabled you to get family members to accomplish the same? If people are honest with themselves, then for the most part the answer is " no " to both questions. As to how honest people are willing to be with themselves ... of this I cannot speak.
