What I basically found out from surveying raw foodists is that for some, it is true they can eat more fats (not necessarily all nuts, but hemp seed, etc) and thrive on it. Others simply can't. I know that is not in alignment with 8/1/1, but we are all very different and not one raw vegan diet works for all of us. That is why some do better on 8/1/1, and some do not. I kind of ended up being able to answer my question, which is what I was looking for. I still believe that it's untrue that " everybody " can just eat " unlimited fats " and " thrive " , and HATE that the raw diet usually " promises " that, as if fats are the only " reward " out there - how sick!
