Guest guest
Hey, I'm out of town and will respond more when I have more time. But great responses, and Joe, melon especially should really only enhance the body, never fatigue or exhaust it at all. I have never ever heard of that - melons are ridiculously healthy and simple to process. Superfoods, even. Especially watermelon. But canteloupe, too. Be sure to juice the skins, that is where a ton of the nutrition is!!!! You can't taste it if you juice it all together. Try watermelon juice with a dash of cayenne and cantaloupe with a dash of ginger. OMG, the best. My question is, a high fat diet is never great, cooked. Some say a high fat is okay in the raw diet, you will still experience all the benefits and SOME do but SOME don't, but people keep saying this. I take issue with that. I don't , but I see many newbies who do. So, what is YOUR opinion, as a member of this group (anyone), on the matter? Are raw fats still hard on the gallbladder and such like cooked, or not? That kind of thing. I hope that's better... let me know if it's not. :-) Got a little couch potato? Check out fun summer activities for kids.
