Guest guest
Dressing ... you can make dressings. For example, take some of the nuts ... if you wish to eat them ... and blend them with an acid fruit. A great combination is orange blended with hemp seed, and almost any such combination is worth a try. Or, do this without the nuts, just blend 1-3 fruits into a thick dressing ... mango with berries, kiwi with berries ... just try things until you find tastes and textures that you enjoy. Another alternative, that I have grown to prefer ... instead of any dressing, load up your salad with cut-up fruit. One of my personal favorites is cut-up strawberries. Combines great with tomatoes, too! Best, Elchanan _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Belinda Friday, July 06, 2007 2:35 PM rawfood [Raw Food] Re: Fruits with nuts?? (WAS: Adrenal Fatigue) Yes it does, thanks And I guess that is salad with no dressing, huh.
