I agree ... it's the way of thinking, looking for cures, fixes, magic

bullets.

There are no magic bullets. There is only creating health, one choice at a

time, one day at a time, for life.

- Organic (or better) is not enough, by itself.

- Vegan is not enough, by itself.

- Raw is not enough, by itself.

Organic-Vegan-Raw together takes us much farther forward. And still, this

may not be enough, for organic is still vulnerable to whatever blows in from

the farm next door, and none of these deals directly with oxygen and

hydration. These are our two greatest nutrient deficiencies, dwarfing all

others by such a large margin that other discussions about deficiencies

almost vanish in comparison.

High water-content foods make all the difference in the world. So do

activity, rest ... we must relearn HOW to rest ... and sunshine. And so

forth.

And what we STOP eating and doing are at least as important as what we begin

eating and doing. Stop eating anything that comes in a box, bottle, can,

envelope, bag, or whatever other packaging may be invented from time to

time. Stop sitting ... get up and move!!! Stop watching television and

reading newspapers ... unless the ONLY things you watch and/or read are

constructive and informative. Remove all temptations that may lead you back

into self-abandonment.

Just thoughts on a warm summer morning,

Elchanan

Notes;

Hey Laurie!

Yes, and to be quite honest, I still see the same misguidedness at the

co-op grocery store (like a health food store). Everyone seems to

think if it's labeled organic, it must be healthy. It is SAD, organic

style.
