Maybe later at this point I am still trying to figure out the practicalities the method of eating 1200-1400 calories of raw food anyway i figure I get up at 6 and have aglass of water then I bike and do some weight lifting(not athe same time) stretch and then- So fruit all morning?9-12 Then a salad with half avocado?
