Hi Joe,

I apologize, my focus is on some other things at the moment. I've written a

number of posts, all of which are in the group archive, on the relationship

between fat consumption and blood sugar management by the body. For

simplicity, I'll just refer here to one rather obvious example: no athlete

ever eats a high-fat meal before a competition. The reason: they'd lose,

every time.

Elevated blood fat impairs transport of sugar from the blood stream into the

cells. The medical and quasimedical professions have many names for this

condition, at various stages of its development. Examples are

hyper/hypoglycemia, chronic fatigue, yeast, candida, insulin resistance,

type2 diabetes, and so forth.

One easy step to take is simply to eliminate, temporarily, all overt fats

from your diet. Overt fats appear as oils, nuts, seeds, olives, coconut

" meat " , avocado, even a couple of sweeter fruits such as durian, to an

extent. See what happens.

But I wonder, having said these things, what symptoms do you experience in

addition to dark rings under your eyes? These can be a sign of underrest

(which would likely trigger an adrenal response), , of digestive distress

(which would likely trigger an adrenal response, as you suggest), and

perhaps other things, as well.

Best,

Elchanan
