I hope you don't mind me jumping in here.

 

I must have skipped the evidence you speak of as well.

andErin doesn't miss a trick.:-)

Yet,I'm not looking for any evidence-unless I was going to start eat

watercress in vast amounts

Anna's post confirmed my feeling not to put watercress or Arugula for

that matter in a smoothie.

Both those greens would be too spicy for my taste but I love them in

salads.

There are naturally occuring toxins in many

foods-broccolli,cabbage,potato,alfalfa to name a few.

 

Also there are patented endo toxins used as pesticides(claimed to be

eco friendly) but of course that is another tangent

 

I have read Elchanan's posts & viewed them as his sharing from his

perspective not as evidence in the Case against Watercress-and yes I

jest -
