Guest guest
-Jeannie, I hope you don't mind me jumping in here. I must have skipped the evidence you speak of as well. andErin doesn't miss a trick.:-) Yet,I'm not looking for any evidence-unless I was going to start eat watercress in vast amounts Anna's post confirmed my feeling not to put watercress or Arugula for that matter in a smoothie. Both those greens would be too spicy for my taste but I love them in salads. There are naturally occuring toxins in many foods-broccolli,cabbage,potato,alfalfa to name a few. Also there are patented endo toxins used as pesticides(claimed to be eco friendly) but of course that is another tangent I have read Elchanan's posts & viewed them as his sharing from his perspective not as evidence in the Case against Watercress-and yes I jest - Em -- In rawfood , jeannieh h <jeannieh99 wrote: > > Erin, > > you wrote: > " Haven't you been keeping up with what I'm writing? > I've already said I read everything that's put in > front of my face, and that includes Elchanan's stuff. > " > Apparently not. lol > > > I never said I have dropped any of those items from my diet. Alot of that stuff I say in jest actually, it is unfortunate that it doesn't come across that way in print. However, I have cut back, but I have not eliminated them.
