Jeannie, I appreciate all your thoughts. I'm not speaking to the entire

planet, just to the people in this group ... people who DO have access to

information to which most do not. Of course all the others will run to the

doctor ... just like Pavlov's dogs ran to the food.

This is a matter of training ... people have been so entrained into a belief

system that they have given up any sense of empowerment, any sense that

health is something they create. I would say this ... that we would fare far

better than the medical profession ... and including the alternative, the

complementary, etc. ... with anything ranging from a simple cold to a

" terminal illness " (most of which need not be terminal at all!). There is

only one caveat: that people follow the program we set forth exactly. To do

otherwise is to invite different results.

This has nothing at all to do with the intentions of anyone who ever

attended medical school or hung our a shingle under any other moniker. This

has to do with the worldview ... the model of reality in which they are

living ... and with the results.

As for Africa, the death rate continues to soar. And not only there ... more

than a million people die annually IN THE UNITED STATES directly as a result

of drug treatments, surgeries, and medical mistakes. These are lumped

together under the heading " iatrogenic causes " . In other words, the medical

industry in this country is killing at a rate equivalent to the killing rate

at Auschwitz at the height of its production. This has been going on for

years, they know full well they are doing this, the FDA knows, the data

comes largely from the CDC so of course they know, the insurance industry

knows ... just like the concentration camps from WW II, after which everyone

said " we didn't know " ... THEY KNOW.

And sadly, if we look around us, we ALL know. Look around yourself, at your

friends, family, coworkers, other associates. Can anyone here name a single

human, other than a long-term raw fooder, who is just outrageously healthy?

Zero weight issues, zero skin issues, zero digestive issues, zero

respiratory issues (allergies or otherwise), zero " food allergies " , lean

body, physically active, loves their work (to the extent that their work

really is their play), great friends .... I mean ... can you name ONE such

person???

I can. And from my perspective, that makes all the difference in the world.

Best,

Elchanan

Elchanan,

After reading this, I have several feelings, and questions.

First off, I do believe that medicine today has evolved into a " cash cow "

for those involved in the " Health care industry " . I agree that what they

see before all else is dollar signs. I don't trust the entire medical

profession in the least. I do believe that with the advent of HMO's,

etc.....the practice of medicine is pretty much a joke.

However, I do also see that there are places where it has made a difference.

What about in Africa, for example where there have been so many people

dying. There have been doctors that have gone there and reversed (in many

cases) the mortality rate? I do believe that there are many countries where

doctors have gone in and helped alot of people.I do believe that in the

begining when people go to medical school, they have all the good intentions

of helping and healing people. I do believe that somewhere down the line

the line between helping and harming (because of selfish motives) gets

blurred. There have been break-through's. There have been things

discovered that have made a hugh impact on people all over the world.

If people did not turn to doctors to help, (especially when a

life-threatening illness strikes),then wouldn't more people die of their

illness than are?

What alternative to people have? Why isn't the " raw lifestyle " more

advertised " Why don't more people either know about it or embrace it as a

" natural " healer of all ills?? I do embrace it and am happy to have

discovered it, however, it seems that so many people I talk to about it

thinks it's " extreme " , among other comments. You don't hear about it in

mainstream media, you don't read about it in mainstream print (at least to

the degree) that you do sad or other type diets.

This is interesting.
