Guest guest
Man o man!!! It looks like the list gets longer of what I used to think was " healthy " . For a lifetime I was told or read or heard that these things were healthy, now I find out they are toxic, or just plain not good for you. I thought ancient and (not so ancient) asian people use(d) alot of ginger, soy sauce, tofu, onions and garlic they are held in high regard for their longevity. onions garlic ginger iceberg lettuce watercress spices I'm wondering what I have forgotten to add. I'm wondering why some of these items are included in raw recipes? Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one.
