Hi again Caron,

Still cleaning up that little backlog, and found this excerpt from you, and

recalling some of your other posts.

Everyone who is overfat (and therefore " overweight " ) is dehydrated 24x7x365.

So it's natural to feel thirsty all the time, tired much of the time, and

even lethargic some of the time. This will all change ... over time. You are

your own greatest asset ... your faith in Nature's design, in your own

process, in your system's innate intelligence, and your sense of patience

arising from such faith ... use these to carry you through the challenges,

the ups and downs you will inevitably experience. Your faith, your trust,

your sense of patience, are more valuable to you than all the knowledge in

the world right now.

Just a thought ...

Elchanan

Relearning core messages from within/sensations: Thirst ... Paradigm shift;

Tender Greens; Satiation)

Let's just say I'm twice the woman I was at 18 ;o) And yes, I've been

searching for JRAY ever since.

That's good to know :o) Both that it has a reason, and that it's temporary!

Thankyou, Elchanan, that's very encouraging, more than I can say.
