So Lynne,

Your body was desperately trying to cleanse and create a relatively clean

environment for your new baby, and you blocked it at every opportunity in

order to make yourself more comfortable. If it works instantly, then it's

foreign matter, so strong as to force the body to completely redirect its

efforts toward one goal: removal of the toxin ... in this case, the ginger.

Again, you can see the symptoms, but you cannot, or are unwilling to,

distinguish causes from symptoms.

Best,

Elchanan

Re: [Raw Food] Motion sickness

Caron,

The only thing that saved me during my two pregnancy was eating

ginger constantly during the first three months. I was nauseous 24/7!

I would just buy raw ginger, and slice it up and take the skin off.

Then I would put several slices in a container (store the rest in the

frig) and take it with me everywhere!!!!!! You just pop it into your

mouth at the first sign of nausea, and bite into it so the juice squirts

into your mouth. It works instantly!! The tablets and ginger candies

never helped me at all!! You need the fresh raw ginger. You can get it

in any supermarket at the produce aisle! I usually get mine at Whole Foods.

Hope that helps,

Lynne
