Distinguishing Hunger vs. Craving (WAS: Working Out)

Hi Belinda,

The body expresses hunger in response to its genuine needs.

We crave not from the body, predominantly, but from the mind. In this case,

what we need is not primarily physiological in nature.

Until you are willing to let go of what you " know " and replace that with

self-awareness the likes of which you cannot presently imagine, you'll

likely go on " studying " , " evaluating " ... anything but committing and

succeeding.

Best,

Elchanan

I know El is going to immediately correct me. But I will say it

anyway. Your body craves what it needs. Pure and simple. But

sometimes we don't always recognize exactly what it craves and we try

to eat something else. Yet the cravings continue.
