Ok, I'm a weightlifter, and for the the three years I had no meat

products/dairy, I used nutritional yeast.

I spent a year back on meats and now have been two months " back on

the wagon of life " and throughout all the above times I have

maintained my height at 6-2 " (giggle) and maintained my weight on

average 235-lbs and have maintained a bench press average of over

325-lbs.

 

There was a few times I went fully raw for up to 30-days and my

strength dipped and my " core " heat dropped and I needed to wear

sweaters when I normally did not.

 

I still use nutritional yeast daily and you can get all the

" weight_lifters " needs taken care of with that.

Your site gives the conversion of 1/4 C to 3 Tb. The standard is 4

Tb. Furthermore, going by weight, and comparing it with the

nutrition information from Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast, it seems the

panel you display is for a mere 1 Tb. However, it's possible

nutritional yeast is more fluffy than brewer's yeast, and hence could

weigh less per volume. Anyway, thought you might like to compare it

with their nutritiona panel and decide whether you agree some

adjustments in your information may be indicated:
