Guest guest
I have been making my own almond milk for a few weeks now and am very satisfied with the flavor. Its yummy and refreshing. However, I am having a problem getting my kids to drink it because of the texture. I have tried cheesecloth and nutmilk bags I purchased and even straining it two times and it still has a bit of a scratchy feel to it. Like when you leave cereal in milk for awhile and then drink the milk after your cereal is gone. I have been using raw almonds but they still have the brown skin on. I'm pretty sure that's is where the texture is coming from but taking that off is not an option. I don't have unlimited time. Thanks for any suggestions.
