No Joe, you are seriously misinformed here. What you describe is called

" starvation " . Hunger simply means the body is genuinely seeking refueling

and/or other raw materials, nothing more or less.

If someone is actually at the point of physiological hunger, THAT IS

NOT A GOOD THING! Geez! That means your body is just about to start

devouring its own vital tissue in order to stay alive...it is called

stavration. Typically a person only experience " true physiological

hunger " after a very long water fast...perhaps you've read the same

books I have. It is a great idea but it isn't something we're

supposed to do to ourselves.
