I personally know of quite a few examples ... individual men and women ...

whose personal experience is otherwise. And even the U.S. government, a

bastion of industry, agrees that protein intake should not increase as a

PERCENT of calories, as physical activity increases.

 

Get to know some of the people involved before you bark so loudly ...

I have to say a few things: For the claim that you can do weight gaining

muscle building exercises on raw, I call pure BS!

Hello

 

I have a raw resource book that I recently purchased and it says that

spirulina is a good source of " complete protein " . I'm not quite sure what

that means, but I was considering getting some for my morning shakes. I do

have to admit, I don't know much about protein yet, haven't gotten to look

into it (which is why I haven't purchased it yet LOL!!!) . Any thoughts??
