I think you need to come of the horse and give people a little more

credit.

If a person says they are hungry, maybe they really are, despite what

you have read about " physiological hunger " .

 

If someone is actually at the point of physiological hunger, THAT IS

NOT A GOOD THING! Geez! That means your body is just about to start

devouring its own vital tissue in order to stay alive...it is called

stavration. Typically a person only experience " true physiological

hunger " after a very long water fast...perhaps you've read the same

books I have. It is a great idea but it isn't something we're

supposed to do to ourselves.

 

When I was living sedentary, like sitting ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT, I

could maintain my body well with fruits and veggies and nuts and

grains. If you do physical labor for work or work out, you need more

protein and fat than that can provide.

 

I've been raw for years and am quite free of cravings for things I

don't need. When my body craves protein because I am working out, it

really is!
